Terms & Conditions

General

1.1. Jetstream Air Services Inc. reserved the right to change the designated carrier, hotel and transport provider which may affect schedules; in order to carry out the package in its best knowledge. The contractor or client shall release and waive any claim against Jetstream Air Services Inc. regarding cancellations or schedule changes. Jetstream Air Services Inc. shall attempt to re-accommodate passengers on another service. Jetstream Air Services Inc. will follow standard industry policies for re-accommodation after ticketing.

1.2. Jetstream Air Services Inc. shall not be liable to perform under this agreement when such failure is caused by a cessation in the Airline, Hotel, Transport’s services to the contracted city or by circumstances beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to accidents, strikes, walkouts, or other labor disturbances, weather, acts of God, public enemies, war or acts of any government authority.

1.3.  Either party may cancel this agreement within thirty days of written notice. Notice of cancellation does not release contractor of applicable deposit and/or penalty requirements (see payments and cancellations).

1.4. Jetstream Air Services Inc. reserves the right to cancel this agreement immediately upon any breach of this agreement by the Contractor and the price offered will no longer be available to members of the group covered herein.

Payment and Cancellation

2.1 Tours

2.1.1Deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Full payment required before the tour starts.

2.1.2Unless as noted in Part 2.1.6; cancellation penalties will apply.

2.1.3 If you cancel your activity at least 7 days or more in advance of the date of your scheduled tour your payment will be refunded however bank charges may apply and determined solely by the financial institution.

2.1.4  If you cancel at least 3-6 days in advance of the date of your scheduled tour your payment will be refunded 75% of the tour price, however, bank charges may apply and determined solely by the financial institution.

2.1.5 If you cancel within 2 days of the date of your scheduled tour you will be refunded 50% of the tour price, however, bank charges may apply and determined solely by the financial institution.

2.1.6  If bad weather or the following conditions prevent the tour from taking place and if travel plans are forcibly changed whether involving flight cancellations or your ship changing itinerary your payment will be refunded in full, however, bank charges may apply and determined solely by the financial institution.

2.2. Transfers

2.2.1. Deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. Full payment required before transfer except for cash payments, which would be transacted before the transfer is complete.

2.2.2 Unless as noted in Part 2.2.3; cancellation penalties will apply.

2.2.3 If you cancel your activity at least 2 days or more in advance of the date of your scheduled tour your payment will be refunded however bank charges may apply and determined solely by the financial institution.

2.2.4If you cancel within less than 12hours of your scheduled pick-up time your entire deposit will be forfeited.

2.2.5  If bad weather or the following conditions prevent the transfer from taking place and if travel plans are forcibly changed whether involving flight cancellations or your ship changing itinerary your payment will be refunded in full, however, bank charges may apply and determined solely by the financial institution.
